It has always been my philosophy that I if I could just get one idea that will help me save time or money, make money, or just do better, then whatever I read or meeting that I attend, has added value to me. - I am a former Regional Sales Vice President for three major insurance companies with 37 years of experience. I have sold personally, enjoyed managing and leading sales offices and regions, working with many great and talented folks who have taught me a lot. I have spent 22 years as a Regional Sales Vice-President with responsibility for as much as half the country. I currently am a partner in Stephens Insurance Design Group, LLC. In addition to helping people buy insurance they need, I do consulting and writing. I am also available as a speaker, coach and mentor.
